Meet Rebecca Andreasen

Rebecca Andreasen is a Celebration, Florida real estate professional and local community expert who brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, strategic buyer negotiation, marketing, and deep community knowledge to every client she serves. As a longtime Celebration resident, Rebecca is proud to raise her two daughters in the town Disney built and considers her firsthand knowledge of Celebration’s villages, neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and surrounding Central Florida communities one of her greatest advantages for buyers and sellers.

Rebecca specializes in helping buyers navigate the Central Florida and Celebration real estate market, with a particular strength in negotiation, strategy, and guiding clients confidently through the purchase process. Her local expertise extends beyond the homes themselves—she understands what it is truly like to live, raise a family, and build a life in Celebration.

Her commitment to the community is equally important to her real estate business. Rebecca serves as Co-Chair of the Celebration Special Events Committee and maintains business partnerships with the Celebration K-8 PTA and the Celebration Women’s Club. She is also actively involved in local charitable organizations and fundraising initiatives, including Blood Cancer United’s national fundraising campaign. Through The Andreasen Group, Rebecca believes in giving back to the community that has given her family so much and dedicates a portion of her sales to supporting causes and organizations that make a difference locally.

Whether you're buying your first home, relocating to Celebration, searching for a luxury property, or simply trying to understand the Celebration real estate market, Rebecca offers something that can't be found in a search result alone: genuine local knowledge, personal experience, and a deep connection to the community.
